Q: What is the average shipping time?

Once shipped, the average delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on where in the world you are located. 

Q: Is there a processing time?

Yes. The processing time for orders is usually 1-3 business days. 

Q: What do I do if I ordered the wrong lamp, sign or product? 

If you ordered the wrong product, please reach out to our customer support team at support@brightervibe.com. If your product has already been shipped out, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to ship you the correct one. 

Q: What is the average life span of the bulb? 

Great question! The average life span of our sunset lamp bulb is 10,000 hours and 30,000 hours for our LED lights! :)

Q: How do I download the app on the app controlled lamp? 

Simply scan the QR code that's located either on the instructions or on your lamp and it will bring your directly to the app, it's really that easy!

 

Q: Does the app controlled lamp come with a remote as well?

Yes it does!

Q: Is the app for the App controlled lamp available on Google Play and The App Store

Yes, it is available on both!

Q: Is there a warranty on your products?

Of course! We offer a 30 day guarantee which covers any accidents that may happen to your lamp within the first 30 days of purchasing.

Q: Do you ship world-wide?

Yes! We offer shipping to most countries around the world :)

Q: How can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping update email with your tracking number.

Q: How can I track my order?

Simply head to the "Track Order" page on our site and enter your order number you received in your email confirmation. 

Q: What if my order comes in damaged?

Contact us ASAP! If your order comes in damaged in any way, shape, or form, please do not hesitate to contact our support team so we can make it right. 

Q: I have entered an out-dated, or incomplete address. What should I do?

If you think you have provided the wrong address, please get in contact with our support team as soon as you can.

Q: Is the Sunset Lamp Adjustable?

Yes! You can adjust the head of the Sunset Lamp 180 degrees, and rotate the head 360 degrees.
