Refund Policy

REFUNDS:

If you would like a refund before your product ships, please reach out to our support team at info@brightervibe.com so we can refund you before your product ships out. 

You will have to apply for a refund if your product has already been shipped out. When doing so, please email our customer support team with your full name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for refund. We will carefully review all refund requests and provide you with a case closure as soon as we can.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven't received your refund after 4 days of being approved, then contact your bank. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and officially posted.
